Chakra
Co Founder
Chakrapani Perangur, Chakra, has a Masters in Electronics with a distinguished and meritorious academic record that include a Gold Medal in Mathematics, merit scholarships and multiple publications as a student. Chakra is a IDG’s “CIO Hall of fame” Awardee , for his outstanding contributions as a Chief Information Officer for around 2 decades. He is an Alumni of IIT , premium Institution in India, and has Global Experience across US, Europe and India. He also worked on Core computer Science areas of System Programming, in a contributing role while as a student, to improve performance and features of computer and microprocessor kits, which later evolved into Global Computer brands. Chakra’s expansive career spreads across a wide array of technical and leadership roles. He is the first Chief Information Officer for Tata sky, Indus Towers and has started Idea Cellular IT operations during it’s set up in NCR region. Chakra was featured in Data Quest’s Power CIO’s on the cover page and The Economist Magazine’s Outstanding Contributor; amongst others. Chakra is one of those unique leaders who has right mix of Business and Technical agility and depth. His entrepreneurial skills were proven successful when the startup he co-founded was awarded business in 5 countries and growing across the globe.

Shantha is a qualified accountant and MBA, an alumni of London Business School having completed Advanced Management Program. He has 37 years of experience comprising 9 years as Chief Financial Officer of Blue Chip Listed MNC SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals and 17 years as Chief Executive Office for four diverse set of companies, namely Country Head of Bangladesh for SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals, Managing Director of listed company Gujarat Gas Company Limited (majority controlled by then British Gas, currently valued around US$4 Billion), first CEO of Delhi International Airports Limited post privatisation (GMR Owned) and last 7 years of his career as CEO of Indus Towers Limited, then the world’s largest telecom tower company owned by Vodafone and Bharti Airtel . Currently, he is engaged on a few reputed Boards and Advisory Boards. He spends substantial part of his time on growing the customer portfolio of S-Square Spenta and also deeply involved in bringing Deep Domain Expertise to its customers by engaging with other domain experts in Tower Industry. Shantha was also one amongst short listed candidates for CNBC Asia Business Leaders Award in 2006. He also worked with various Industry Associations
